It's a fairly clean and courteous hotel with huge rooms and knowledgeable staff.

Our food for buffet breakfast was good and all the staff were professional and especially helpful. The pool was clean and we had hot drinks in the poolside bar. Such a very very good stay in this sarover hotel.

The staff was always available, efficient check-in and the room was exquisite and airy. Professionalism from the whole staff. I got free upgrade and loved it. Overall the service was amazing. Good wines, juices and great cocktails in the music bar, safe parking place.

Fairly clean place, attentive staff, quiet location. Extremely comfy beds and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge and a seating area. The food we tried was great and they have a lot of meals to choose from.

Fantastic base for exploring Alappuzha. This resort is VERY PEACEFUL, very clean rooms, brilliant food. Greatly enjoyed their on-site restaurant Mystic Spice, it was good. It had well maintained swimming pool too.

deluxe hotel, we spent our time here specially. the window of our deluxe suite was facing the lake. we thoroughly enjoyed the ability to walk to bar nearby.
